1. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as secure payments processed through Stripe.

2. HOW SECURE IS MY PURCHASE?

When shopping online using your card, all your information is entered on a secure SSL web page. Your information is SSL-encrypted and sent directly to the credit card network, where the card and transaction are authorised and approved. Your card details are not stored on our servers.

3. ARE THERE ANY EXTRA FEES FOR MY PURCHASE?

No, you will not be charged any additional or hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

4. CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

All deliveries are processed based on the details you provided at checkout. If you need to make any changes due to an incorrect address or any other reason, please contact us immediately to request the update. You can reach us at contact@shiftspacehome.co.uk. Please note that changes can only be made if your order has not yet been dispatched.

5. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE, AND HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Order processing takes 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, we will send your tracking number and a tracking link to the email address you provided during checkout for real-time updates. Shift Space Home is not responsible for any courier delays caused by Royal Mail or other delivery partners.

6. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER?

If any item is missing from your parcel, please contact us immediately at contact@shiftspacehome.co.uk so we can resolve this for you as a matter of urgency.
