How much does delivery cost?

Free Delivery on any order across the United Kingdom.

Note: Estimated delivery times do not include handling/processing time! Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time + Order Approval Time

Orders will only be dispatched after payment confirmation. All products undergo a preparation process, so there will be a handling time.

FREE DELIVERY

  • Delivery Time: Handling Time + Transit Time

  • Handling Time: 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday)

  • Transit Time: 5–10 working days (Monday to Friday)

  • Delivery Cost: Free delivery on all orders across the United Kingdom.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 AM GMT/BST (UK Time).

ADDRESS CHANGES

We cannot change the delivery address once the order is in transit. If you need to update your order’s delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@shiftspacehome.co.uk. Alternatively, you can use our Contact Us page.

Delivery

Orders are delivered via Royal Mail or other reliable couriers in the United Kingdom.

TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you via email, allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you. Track your order by clicking the 'Track Your Order' button on our website through the Tracking Page.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Damaged Parcels
